In the framework of the Francqui Chair UGent 2025, the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, has the honour to invite Professor Antoine Clinquart, head of the Food Technology Unit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Liège. 

Professor Clinquart will bring an inaugural lecture ‘Food Preservation: how far is to far?’ and a series of technical lectures.
