CONTENTS
The course consists of 3 modules:
Module 1: Data management and data transformations in SPSS
In the first module of this course, we will start from the very beginning with managing and transforming data in SPSS.
This module might be very interesting for researchers with REDCap data.
Module 2: Principles of hypothesis testing
The terms “p-value”, “confidence interval” and “significance”” widely used in daily practice, but what is their exact meaning? In this session, we’ll discuss how to choose the appropriate statistical test and how to interpret the results. Moreover, we’ll also discuss some general rules about reporting the results in scientific literature.
Module 3: Advanced tips and tricks in SPSS
In the last module you will be given more advanced tips and tricks for working with SPSS.
The tips and tricks given will save you potentially a lot of time and effort.
