The Diversity & Inclusion team warmly invites you to take part in the Lunch & Learn on Loss at work: An unspoken side of academia that resonates with many that takes place Wednesday 29/4 at 12h.

Some (professional) experiences stay with us longer than expected. Loss can take many forms: unspoken disappointments, changing roles, distance from home, projects ending, expectations shifting.

Join us for a warm and safe session where we explore:

• The many shapes loss can take

• How grief processes unfold

• Ways to care for yourself

• How we can create a supportive work culture together

A safe space. You choose what you share. Simply listening is perfectly fine!

About Lunch & Learns: With the Diversity & Inclusion team, we would like to create a community at FBW that comes together about once a month to meet for lunch in the Biosfeer and is interested to learn and engage about topics related to diversity and well-being. It would be great if you can be a part of it.
