TARGET AUDIENCE
Researchers who want to analyse longitudinal and clustered data in R.
CONTENTS
In this more advanced course, researchers are introduced to the analysis of clustered and longitudinal data in R. Experience with R and basic knowledge of linear and logistic regression are expected.
This course does not merely discuss theory; considerable attention is paid to the practical implementation of the analyses in R and the interpretation of the results. The interactive lessons in small groups allow participants to ask sufficient questions. The following topics will be covered: the structure of clustered and longitudinal data, continuous outcomes: linear mixed models (LMMs), categorical outcomes: generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs), and GEE models.
