De UGent bruist van de AI-expertise. Duik er mee in en verruim je blik. 

Op woensdagavond 4 maart delen UGent-onderzoekers, elk vanuit hun discipline, inzichten rond artificiële intelligentie. Ze hebben het over wat AI vandaag kan, welke impact het heeft op hun domein en wat we nog mogen verwachten van deze alomtegenwoordige technologie. Kritisch, concreet en met oog voor nuance.  

Geen abstracte theorieën of verre toekomstbeelden dus, maar concrete reflecties over wat AI vandaag betekent voor mens en samenleving. Deelname is gratis, inschrijven is wel nodig. 

Wanneer: woensdag 4 maart, deuren open om 19 uur. We starten stipt om 19.30 uur 

Waar: faculteitsbibliotheek van de faculteit Politieke en Sociale Wetenschappen (Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 42)

Ghent University is bursting with AI expertise. Immerse yourself and broaden your horizons.

On Wednesday evening, 4 March, Ghent University researchers will share insights into artificial intelligence, each from their own discipline. They will discuss what AI is capable of today, what impact it has on their field, and what we can still expect from this ubiquitous technology. Critical, concrete, and with an eye for nuance.  

No abstract theories or distant visions of the future, but concrete reflections on what AI means for people and society today. Participation is free, but registration is required.

When: Wednesday 4March, doors open at 19:00. We start promptly at 19:30.

Where: Faculty Library of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences (Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 42)
