The course helps PhD candidates to tackle their project from the very beginning. Project management is the result of the extent to which you can manage your project, your environment and yourself:

Project management is about adequately defining your project scope, project planning and using the available project management tools adequately in each phase of your project.
Managing your environment has to do with adequately identifying and influencing the various stakeholders who have anything to do with your project and influencing them in such a way that they adequately assume their role.
Managing yourself has to do with setting the right priorities, working efficiently, daring to enter into open communication and making conscious choices about where to put your energy.
