Plechtige Proclamatie
 

van de masters en doctors in de wetenschappen
op zaterdag 7 oktober 2023 in het Universiteitsforum, Campus UFO, Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 33 te Gent.
 

De proclamatie start om 9.30 uur.
Na de proclamatie volgt een feestelijke receptie van 11.30 uur tot 13.00 uur.
 

Promovendi mogen zich laten vergezellen door max. 2 personen.
De toga’s voor de promovendi zijn ter plaatse beschikbaar. Gelieve deze ten laatste om 9.00 uur af te halen.
 

Voorafgaande registratie is noodzakelijk, uiterlijk op 3 oktober 2023 om 12 uur.

Graduation Ceremony

of the Masters and Doctors of Science
on Saturday October 7th 2023 at the University Forum, Campus UFO, Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 33 in Ghent.
 

The ceremony will start at 9.30 a.m.
The graduation ceremony will be followed by a festive reception from 11.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
 

Graduates may be accompanied by max. 2 persons.
Gowns for the graduates will be available on-site. Please collect them before 9.00 a.m.
 

Pre-registration is mandatory, no later than October 3rd 2023 at noon.
